As a native of Louisiana, it made me cry to watch the unfolding disaster and the damage, both the known and visible damage and as the project describes: The Monster Under The Water and the video report. The photography is by Melanie Buford, check out her website for great stories.

This is truly documentary photography, photojournalism and journalism at its best.

Students in my ART 252, Intro to Digital Photography are doing end of semester exhibition this Friday at AAU, Lazenska 4 in Mala Strana. The work covers a variety of topics from food to love to children to cigarettes.
